Blue Dragonfly at the Boo Williams Sportsplex
A proposal to place Blue Dragonfly products in front of the families, coaches, and athletes who come through the Sportsplex — through retail placement, event vending, or a club fundraiser.
This document is a proposal for conversation. It is not an agreement, and nothing here has been approved by the Boo Williams Sportsplex, Mr. Boo Williams, or any organization named.
The product line
The Balm — 4 oz
$49.99 retailBotanical balm with camphor, menthol, arnica, and plant oils. Warming and cooling sensation for tired muscles and joints.
The Balm — 1 oz
$19.99 retailThe same balm in a smaller size for bags, lockers, and counters.
Cooling Foot Spray
$19.99 retailPeppermint and menthol mist for feet after long days on hard floors and courts.
Pricing shown is published retail. Wholesale pricing and minimums are proposed separately and require owner approval before they are offered.

No commitment is requested at this meeting beyond agreeing what, if anything, to explore next.
Options to discuss
1. Retail placement
Balms and foot spray stocked at the front desk, pro shop, or recovery area.
Wholesale price, minimum quantities, and terms to be discussed and confirmed in writing.
2. Event vending
Product shipped ahead of tournaments and showcases, with signage and price cards prepared.
Quantities and split to be agreed per event.
3. Club fundraiser
A code per team: supporters save 10%, the team earns $10 per unit, and the host facility earns 2% — rising to 5% once a team reaches 160 units.
