Pulled Tendons & Sprained Wrist
In April of 2020, I severely pulled the tendons on the top of my right hand and I also sprained my right wrist. In addition, my right ring finger would swell each time I bowled. Every time I bowled, I was forced to use Biofreeze on the top of my hand and wrist, and I tightly wrapped my wrist. To protect the top of my hand I had to wear a hand brace.
