Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Blue Dragonfly, Inc., we may offer products as one-time purchases or subscription-based purchases (if applicable).

Subscription Orders (If/When Enabled)

By selecting a subscription option, you agree to receive recurring shipments of the selected product at the frequency you choose.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at each billing cycle unless the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, subscriptions must be canceled at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Due to the nature of our products, all subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Blue Dragonfly, Inc. reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency, or terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
