Application
The Balm can be used daily, especially after a shower or bath for great skin conditioning. Apply The Balm before a workout to reduce likelihood of injury and apply it after a workout to boost muscle and joint recovery. Use The Balm between one and three times daily, depending on your level of discomfort. Rub The Balm anywhere on your body (aside from your face) where you experience pain, soreness, dryness or itchiness. The Balm is for external use only.

The Balm is the "balm." Started the process only a week ago and have already experienced the benefit of no pain in left knee or minimal amount of pain overall. Immediate Relief
Dr Mawusi did my foot care in office, and applied the Balm to my feet. Not long after he started rubbing it in, the pain and burning in my feet started to decrease.
